Sr. Cloud Ops Engineer
Overview:
As a Cloud Ops Engineer at SpyCloud, you design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure powering APIs, AI operations, and data workflows to meet SLAs. You collaborate with developers to bring new products into production and automate testing, deployment, and monitoring across the software lifecycle. You uphold security and compliance standards (SOC 2/ISO27001/CMMC) across all infrastructure components. You optimize operations for reliability, security, and cost, including AI/LLM-enabled workloads. This role offers a mission-driven environment in a fast-paced, AI-forward cybersecurity company. Responsibilities:
- Design, improve, and maintain secure, durable, and performant infrastructure for APIs, AI ops, web apps, and data workflows to meet SLAsCollaborate with developers to bring new products and services into production
- Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring across the software development lifecycle
- Continuously improve operational processes for scalability, security, and availability
- Proactively meet information security and compliance standards (SOC 2/ISO27001/CMMC) and implement security measures across infrastructure
Key requirements:
At least 5 years in Cloud Ops / Platform Ops / DevOps maintaining production infrastructure; SaaS or cloud service experience preferredproactive problem solvingcollaboration and teamworkattention to security and reliabilityAWS services: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, CodeBuild/Code Pipeline/CodeDeploy, VPCTerraform or similar tooling; Ansible; AWS CLI/SDK; BotoPython, Bash; Linux environments
