Senior Engineering Consultant
Job Description: Serves as the lead technical point of contact for various clients and contracts, providing guidance and technical direction
Manages assigned field staff in completion of a variety of real estate due diligence services
Ensures client satisfaction by monitoring, prioritizing, and tracking work progress and providing quality control reviews
Communicates with clients and immediate supervisor to develop solutions to onsite concerns
Reviews and technically edits reports to ensure accuracy, content completion, and quality.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field
Minimum of five years of related experience
In lieu of degree, eight years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record)
Current Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred
Experience required with Property Condition Assessment, Equity, and Debt report preparation and regulations
Familiar with accessibility (ADA) guidelines, and identifying mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, roofing, and HVAC equipment
Familiar with ASTM E2018 guidelines.
