Administrative Support The Administrative Support will provide administrative support to all managers. These responsibilities may include route monitoring, clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting in driver training and onboarding documents for inexperienced drivers. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.Essential Job Functions:Assemble and audit route paperwork for the next dayAnswer inbound phone callsAbility to handle customer issuesContact vendors on inbound damage or replacement ordersRespond to email in a timely mannerAddress pending ordersFile paperworkStrong customer service skills requiredAct in a professional and an appropriate mannerAssist in the processing of inbound delivery teamsMonitor the delivery routes of the course of your shiftAssist in the track route progress, as needed; call Drivers every hour to address issues as neededCall customers to obtain their feedback regarding their delivery experienceAssist in the completion of POD packets that are available at the warehouseResponsible for the closing reports on a nightly basisWorks well without direct supervision, professional demeanor, strong communication and customer service skillsProcess daily working orders, respond to Logistics Coordinator their statusAnswer inbound phone calls from customers and delivery teamsPrint Pull Sheet and Mark Live Daily in warehouseResponsible for finding and submitting requested EPODsFile all documents as neededAccountable and reliableEffectively communicate with builder, general contractors, and supervisors to ensure customer satisfactionProcess and prepare freight for shipments/returns to vendors (RTVs)Assist with daily warehouse functions as neededUpdate inventory daily/weekly/monthly as requiredRoute monitor and remotely assist delivery and installation teams as neededAccurately update orders for billing as neededAnswer inbound phone calls as neededAny other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, post high school education a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.Prior customer service experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced office environmentMust be able to work evenings and SaturdaysPass pre-employment background checkMaintain professional and safe work environmentCustomer service, detail oriented, organizational skills, time management, problem solving, accountable, dependable, documentation skills, analyzing data, professional phone skills, ability to resolve conflict, ability to listen, ability to multitaskBEWARE OF FRAUD!Hub Group has become aware of online recruiting related scams in which individuals who are not affiliated with or authorized by Hub Group are using Hub Group's name in fraudulent emails, job postings, or social media messages.
