TotalCompensation: Starting Salary Range: \$70,000 - \$73,000. \*Startingsalary ranges are based on having less than 2 years experience and areNegotiable Commensurate With More Experience. Additional Compensation Isprovided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours,on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified tofacilitate Risking Connection Trauma-Informed training, and CrisisPrevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for futureannual merit-based salary increases. One year of prior experience with adolescent, latency, oryoung adult population in residential or community-based settings. Adriver\'s license and insured vehicle for employment.Responsibilities: - Work within a team to provide direct mental healthservices to children, youth and families, promote their emotional,behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate thechallenges they face. - Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations,administer formal testing as required by licensing or contracting, anduse assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information andformulate individualized treatment plans. - Provide in-home individualcounseling, therapy and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-basedtreatment practices, and implement strategies and practices to engagechildren, youth and families. - Utilize electronic health record systemand state platforms to document and submit case documentation. - Workcollaboratively with external service providers and state partners toensure an integrated approach to care. - The position is not remote,requires some early evening hours to accommodate families andchildren\'s schedules, and participation in the paid on call rotationschedule.
