Microchip Technology Inc. in Gresham, Oregon is looking for a Senior Engineer I-Process to improve and sustain production processes related to Thin Films and CMP. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and significant experience in semiconductor process engineering.
This full-time position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The role will support critical quality systems and requires working on-site five days a week during standard hours.
