Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading field crews and installing commercial HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of mechanical construction, equipment installation, jobsite safety, and project coordination.The Construction Foreman will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, interpreting plans and specifications, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate HVAC construction and installation crews on commercial and/or industrial projects.Oversee the installation, startup, and commissioning of HVAC equipment and systems.Work with equipment including:Packaged HVAC equipmentHeat pumpsGas packsMini-split systemsSplit systemsWater-source heat pumpsVRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systemsRead and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, HVAC plans, specifications, and equipment documentation.Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite requirements.Ensure installations are completed according to project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.Monitor crew productivity, workmanship, and project schedules.Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.Identify and resolve installation issues, field conflicts, and technical problems.Conduct jobsite inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project.Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, equipment, progress, and project issues.Enforce company and customer safety policies and OSHA requirements.Train, guide, and mentor crew members on proper installation methods and safe work practices.Assist with equipment startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning as required.Ensure the jobsite remains organized, clean, and safe.Required QualificationsPrevious experience as a Construction Foreman, preferably
