The Business Systems Analyst III also provides complex technical business support to clients that utilize small/midsize/enterprise level systems.Depth & ScopeCommunicates with programmers to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements of the users. Works with programmers to ensure that the delivered system matches the specified features and functionsAssesses available technologies recommending innovative and cost-effective solutionsAnalyzes business challenges and recommends appropriate IT solutions and servicesMaps current business processes to new systems and supports the transition to the new solutionDetermines interface requirements for effective system transitionResolves issues that cross multiple systems or departments that may affect the business processDevelops detailed specification documents that include features and functions of the new systemDevelops test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirementsImplements new system installations, upgrade and conversionsDocuments selected system parameters, file layouts and application design layouts.
