Shifts rotate weekly to match operational needs.Weekend & On-Call: This role includes rotating on-call coverage for evenings and overnight shifts, including weekends. On-call schedule is shared across the maintenance team.WHAT YOU'LL DOHandle routine and emergency repairs: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and minor HVACComplete resident work orders accurately and on timeMaintain common areas and grounds to a high standardAssist with apartment turnoversCoordinate with and oversee outside vendorsFollow safety procedures and participate in ongoing trainingWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORHigh school diploma or GED (required)3+ years of combined maintenance experienceHands-on skills in at least two of: plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electricalStrong communication skills — you'll interact directly with residents dailyAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadAble to lift up to 75 lbs frequentlyABOUT THE GATESWORTHThe Gatesworth has been St. Louis's premier independent senior living community for over 35 years.
