Job Description SummaryThe Financial Analyst for the Market reports to the Finance Manager. Under general supervision, the Finance Analyst creates and maintains financial reports to support market operations. This position coordinates internal and external benchmarking data to improve productivity, reduce costs and optimize revenue to further the goals and objectives of hospital administration. Experience in Healthcare preferred. A Master’s Degree can substitute for related years of experience. Qualifying experience must include financial reporting and analysis responsibilities. Working knowledge of standard office equipment, excel and access a must. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
