Head Chef/Food and Beverage Manager/Profit Sharing Opportunity

We are looking for an A player to help a local farm (www.beansandgreensfarm.com) expand our prepared food and catering portion of the business. Increased store hours, an expanded season, two food trucks, a succesful biergarten, and future expansion plans make this a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to help us grow our culinary offerings. Qualified Applicants Must Have: Track record and ability to build a great team 3-5 years of hands-on management experience in a commercial kitchen environment Can-do attitude, and willingness to take on new responsibilities Business skills to handle profit and loss responsibility for a multi-faceted operation Learn-it-all, versus a Know-it-all mindset Creativity to deliver delicious food items profitably, catering experience a plus! Enthusiasm to be part of a growing team that contributes to the community Salary will be commensurate with experience and would be augmented with a profit-sharing component.
