We're seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our collaborative team who will champion our four core values: Empowerment, Collaboration, Bravery, and Positivity.Position Summary We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning to own demand planning, supply planning, and procurement for a 30+ SKU portfolio distributed across 28,000+ retail doors. You will build and run the monthly SIOP cycle, manage all component purchasing and supplier relationships, and deliver the demand-prioritized build plans that tell our manufacturing team what to make, how much, and by when.This is a build-from-scratch role. You are inheriting spreadsheets and tribal knowledge and turning them into a repeatable, scalable planning function. You will be a team of one who operates like a team of three — because you will leverage AI-powered tools and automations to multiply your capacity. You will work hand-in-hand with our Distribution & Logistics Manager (who owns physical inventory, 3PL, and shipping), our Operations Manager (who owns production floor execution), and our CFO (who approves spend and manages cash flow).Key ResponsibilitiesSIOP & Demand PlanningOwn and run the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning cycle: demand review, supply review, and executive reconciliation with the CEO and CFOTranslate retailer POS data, launch/shelf reset calendars, and promotional plans into a rolling demand forecast by SKU and retailerAugment Demand Plan with ecommerce and wholesaler demand, as well as other ad-hoc needs (HCP Sampling, influencers, trade shows, etc)Convert the demand plan into component-level buy plans and a demand-prioritized build plan for the Operations ManagerIdentify and escalate supply-demand gaps with recommended trade-off decisionsMeasure forecast and production plan accuracyProcurement & Supplier ManagementOwn all component and raw material purchasing and replenishment: PO creation, supplier communication, and delivery timingMaintain a master supplier database with pricing, lead times, MOQs, alternates, and performance scorecardsNegotiate pricing and terms; working closely with QA/QC, identify and qualify new suppliers as neededCollaborate with Marketing on brand refresh, packaging redesigns on timing to minimize write-offsCoordinate inbound delivery timing with the Distribution & Logistics Manager to align receipt with production needsBuild Plan & Production CoordinationDeliver a rolling, demand-prioritized build plan to the Operations Manager: what needs to be produced, in what quantities, by what ship dates, with component availability confirmedThe Operations Manager owns the production schedule and floor execution — you own the what and when, they own the howMonitor build plan adherence and partner with the Operations Manager when demand shifts, supplier delays, or capacity constraints require reprioritizationInventory Targets & SystemsSet finished goods and component inventory targets (days of supply, safety stock, reorder points) within NetSuite MRP functionality; the Distribution & Logistics Manager owns physical accuracy and cycle countsBuild and maintain planning dashboards, automations, and scenario modeling toolsAggregate POS sell-through data from Retail Link, Partnersonline, and other retailer portals into a single demand viewQualificationsRequired5–8 years in supply chain planning, demand planning, or procurement within CPG, consumer health, or manufacturingHave personally owned an MRP/demand planning cycle — not participated on a larger teamExperience managing a multi-SKU portfolio across multiple retail & ecommerce channelsDirect supplier negotiation and management experienceAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic models); experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/MRP systemWorking knowledge of retail POS systems (Retail Link, Partnersonline, or similar)AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to build spreadsheets, automate data pulls, or solve planning problemsCan describe at least two examples of how AI has changed the way you work in the last 12 monthsExcited — not threatened — by the idea that AI handles the data assembly while you focus on judgment, relationships, and strategyPreferredExperience as the sole planning resource in a small company (under 100 employees)NetSuite experience; OTC or consumer health manufacturing backgroundAPICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)Experience selling through Walmart, CVS, or WalgreensWho you areYou are a builder, not a maintainer.
