Utility Assembler

The Utility Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of basic assembly and production tasks within their assigned cost center, while also supporting other areas of the facility as needed to meet business demands. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. Shift 2nd Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm Payrate $17.00 Key Responsibilities: Perform basic assembly tasks including folding, assembling, and packaging components into boxes or other containers Inspect and collate games, puzzles, or related products to ensure quality standards are met Identify defective components or finished products and report issues as appropriate Assist with limited material handling duties as needed Maintain productivity and meet established performance standards Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times Support operations in other cost centers as required Assist in training other employees when needed Perform additional duties as assigned within the facility Qualifications: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify defects Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to be flexible and support multiple departments as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to handle materials and products safely CTM
