1677 - Program Manager

Sigma Defense is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of large, complex support-services program within the Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and Laser Systems portfolio for our Department of War customer.This role is responsible for full lifecycle program management, including cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor oversight, risk management and customer engagement. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and that technical, operational, and financial performance aligns with program objectives. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing major defense acquisition programs (ACAT I-IV), demonstrated knowledge of Navy and DoW policies, and success and leading multi-disciplinary teams. The position requires a Secret clearance and onsite work in Washington, D.C.This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized.
