Incoming Inspector (Temp to Perm)
SummaryThe Incoming Inspector is responsible for testing the incoming goods according to the provisions of the inspection plan and organizational instruction.What You'll DoTest (using special measurements) the incoming goods according to the provisions of the inspection plan and organized instructions.Demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand tools and gauges.Perform receipt inspections of incoming goods.Have a working understanding of MRB process and handling of non-conforming materials.Document and maintain records of quarantined materials.Communicate information on failed product inspections to responsible departments.Perform and record First Article Inspections per procedure.Document all Test Reports as indicated via SAP and/or LOGIS ONLINE.Work closely with Engineering and Production Management to determine organization of workloads and prioritization of projects.Work closely with production planning to optimize resources to accommodate peak production periods.Support of all quality issues.Coordinate and maintain calibration records for the facilityWho You AreA.S.
