Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearJob description: MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)Full Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of management, including managing staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, while maintaining inventory control and merchandising standards. Additionally, store managers are involved in ensuring store safety, cleanliness, and conflict resolution.Key Responsibilities:MUST have the ability to meet sales targets, control costs and contribute to overall profitability of the store.Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high operational standards.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Analyze sales reports and adjust operations to improve performance.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in retail grocery managementMUST be bilingual English/ SpanishExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage staff, operations, and customer relationsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Store management: 3 years (Required)Language:Spanish (Required)Work Location: In person
