Overview In this role you will oversee a team of associates in Pharmacy Operations, ensuring productivity and service standards. You will plan workflow, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in programs and processes. You will coach and develop staff, handle difficult conversations, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
