The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the franchise development efforts, including the creation and execution of strategic sales plans to meet growth targets. This role involves managing the entire franchise recruitment process, from generating leads to closing deals, and requires the ability to effectively present the franchise opportunity, emphasizing brand value and return on investment. The Franchise Sales Leader will also work closely with marketing to enhance lead flow and brand positioning, and with operations and leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.Applicants for the Franchise Sales Leader position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in franchise sales or development, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or service industries. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding franchise networks is essential.
