Join a stable organization that values its people and provides the resources needed for success.Key Responsibilities For The Controller Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management functions. Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities. Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reports, and regulatory reporting. Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external CPA firms. Manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and compliance requirements. Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.Qualifications For The Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Experience leading audits, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
