We pride ourselves on creativity, community engagement, and culinary excellence.OverviewFabio Viviani Hospitality (FVH) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth efforts across a dynamic portfolio of more than 20 hospitality brands and growing! This role is perfect for a digital expert with hospitality experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and knows how to drive measurable results through targeted digital campaigns.As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for building visibility, increasing traffic, and optimizing guest conversions through email, SMS, and third-party platforms, by using SEO, and performance analytics. You'll work closely with brand teams, our creative department, and third-party vendors to execute digital initiatives that reflect each concept's unique identity while staying aligned with group-wide strategic goals.This is a hybrid role located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The role requires flexibility to work on-site as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and execute monthly email and SMS campaigns across multiple restaurant conceptsManage Google My Business (GMB) listings and updates for all locations to ensure local visibilityOversee basic SEO strategy including keyword targeting and on-page optimizationDevelop and maintain digital integrations across platforms to support guest journey (i.e., Toast, OpenTable, etc.)Assist with the development and optimization of sales funnels and retargeting campaignsPerformance AnalyticsGenerate and analyze monthly reports on campaign performance, guest engagement, and conversion metricsMake data-informed recommendations to improve ROI and reachCoordination & Brand SupportCoordinate email/SMS calendar with social media and events teams for holistic marketing effortsProvide graphic asset direction (in collaboration with design team) for email, SMS, and website needsSupport website updates or landing pages tied to promotions, events, or openingsEnsure each campaign reflects its brand's tone, values, and visual identityQualifications1-3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industryHands-on experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, EZ Texting, or similar)Knowledge of SEO, Google My Business, and digital marketing best practicesFamiliarity with retargeting and basic digital ad strategyStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines at onceExperience working with hospitality technology (Toast, OpenTable, SevenRooms, BentoBox, etc.) a plusComfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and marketing teamsMust be able to work varied hours including nights and weekends and must be able to attend various eventsWho This Role Is Right ForYou'll thrive in this role if you're a detail-oriented doer with a strong bias for execution.
