Title: Backend Developer (Golang / Java | Microservices)Employment Type: Full TimePosition Description:Client seeking a Backend Developer with strong experience in Golang and/or Java to build scalable, high-performance systems and APIs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, reliable, and efficient systems that operate at scale, as well as solve complex engineering challenges with real business impact within a culture that is focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:8 - 10+ years of overall IT experience (consulting experience preferred)Strong hands-on experience in Golang and/or Java backend developmentExperience with Spring Boot (for Java) or strong Go expertiseExperience building REST APIs and/or gRPC servicesSolid understanding of microservices architectureExperience with Docker and KubernetesHands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD pipelinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsDesired qualifications:Experience working in polyglot environments (Go + Java) .Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) .Exposure to event-driven architectures .
