Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruiting with a focus on engagement and retention
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and fill open roles efficiently
Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining robust candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume settings
2+ years of sourcing experience with proven results
Behavioral Health recruiting experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
