Electrical Engineer
The electrical engineer will contribute to the development and construction of the most innovative, intuitive, and reliable equipment for Plasma Treatment to degrade and destroy PFAS in both batch and continuous flow treatment processes. This role will provide critical expertise as we continue to develop leading edge PFAS destruction technologies and drive values for our customers while reducing cost and complexity to include automated process control, monitoring, and data acquisition sensors and software.
As a “hands-on” Electrical Engineer, you will be….
Working in a team of 2-5 engineers and technicians
Working with DMAX Plasma Inc. engineers, third party engineers, and product suppliers to build high voltage equipment used for the formation of plasmas in contact with water.
Contributing to the development of electronics and software components of new equipment and product concepts using contemporary design software tools.
Performing maintenance and repairs on both permanent system installations and mobile treatment equipment.
Staying aware of technology trends and identifying new potential product and technology opportunities.
Prototyping new designs and working to implement new technologies into current designs.
Identifying project requirements, including key capability and resources needed.
Performing durability and reliability testing for both existing and new technologies.
The successful candidate will have:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Skills (minimum skills required)
o Prior experience in building and prototyping o Ability to prototype controls using LabView or similar.
o Aptitude for 3D CAD preferably SolidWorks o In depth knowledge of basic circuit design and common electrical components o Exceptional engineering troubleshooting skills
o Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Experience with plasma generating systems and high voltage systems (>20000V).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
