Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing & Strategy, this role executes approved campaigns, adapts content across channels, and partners closely with product marketing, digital, and copy teams to deliver consistent, performance-driven narratives.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development & ExecutionCreate and adapt content across formats, including sales collateral, digital assets, video scripts, social, email, and live event materials.Repurpose core messages into modular assets optimized for channels and audiences.Ensure alignment with brand, editorial, and messaging standards in collaboration with senior copy and content leadership.Campaign & Product Marketing SupportPartner with product marketing managers to execute content components of approved marketing plans.Produce launch and campaign assets on time and to specification.Incorporate stakeholder feedback under guidance from content leadership.Write content designed to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.Channel & Performance OptimizationCollaborate with digital marketing to optimize content for performance.Support testing, iteration, and refinement based on performance insights.Apply content best practices and identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency.Core Skills & ExpertiseStrong understanding of messaging frameworks, positioning, and differentiation.Excellent writing and editing skills across the customer journey.Experience developing marketing collateral, video scripts, web pages, social copy, lead-gen assets, and email.Understanding of digital platforms, audience targeting, SEO, and content performance measurement.Creative storyteller with a clear, audience-focused writing style.Experience & EducationRequired5–7 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role.Proven track record of creating impactful marketing content.Experience managing or contributing to editorial calendars.Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field.PreferredMedical device, healthcare, or B2B technology writing experience.Experience with CMS platforms.Technical & Soft SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).Ability to align content strategy with business objectives.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess content performance.Strong collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.Additional RequirementsAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Up to 5% travel.Adherence to company quality and safety standards.LI-KY1MA Applicants: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
