Position Overview We’re seeking a professional and personable Host/Hostess to be the face of Brugada — the first and last impression for every guest. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and thrives in a busy, guest-focused atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth Manage reservations and walk-ins using the host stand system (Toast Tables or OpenTable experience a plus) Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow and seating efficiency Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entry area Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests Assist with special events, VIP reservations, and large party coordination Support front-of-house operations as needed Qualifications Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred (restaurant or hospitality setting) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude, polished appearance, and professional demeanor Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment Flexible availability — nights, weekends, brunch, and holidays as required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tip share Opportunities for advancement within our growing hospitality group Fun, team-driven work culture Staff discounts on dining and events How to Apply: Submit your resume or apply in person at Brugada Kitchen + Bar, 204 Commerce Street, Nashville, TN.
