In this role, you will coordinate freight shipments, negotiate rates with carriers, and handle day-to-day dispatching activities. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, manage their accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. Ensuring timely delivery and resolving any transportation issues are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage experience to facilitate and manage logistics operations effectivelyStrong skills in Dispatching and managing scheduling for optimal efficiencyProven ability to provide excellent Customer Service by addressing inquiries and maintaining client satisfactionExperience in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure ongoing business developmentStrong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with transportation management systems and logistics softwareAbility to work independently and remotelyFamiliarity with market trends and regulations in the freight and logistics industry
