Teams are working hard, but in silos. Processes are inconsistent. Leadership gaps are being felt across inside sales and project management.This hire will step in to connect those dots. You'll bring order to the sales execution process, lead internal teams, and build the systems and accountability needed to move from reactive execution to consistent, scalable performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop inside sales and project management teamsOwn execution from contract through project completionBuild and implement SOPs across sales and delivery workflowsImprove coordination between outside sales, inside sales, and operationsIdentify bottlenecks and drive process improvementsEstablish and track performance metrics across teamsEnsure consistent, high-quality customer experiencePartner cross-functionally with engineering, production, and purchasingRequired Experience5+ years in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or project management leadershipExperience managing and coaching customer-facing teamsProven track record implementing process improvements and SOPsAbility to operate in unstructured or transitioning environmentsStrong cross-functional coordination and communication skillsExperience with CRM and/or ERP systemsNice to HavePre-engineered metal building (PEMB) experienceBackground in estimating or construction-related workflowsExposure to contract management or project delivery processesExperience in turnaround or culture-change environmentsWhy JoinOpportunity to build structure where it doesn't exist todayDirect visibility and impact with new executive leadershipAbility to shape team culture and operational standardsRole with clear influence across sales, operations, and delivery
