DescriptionJob Summary & Responsibilities:Firehouse Subs at Merry Corners in Pike Road, Alabama is looking for a reliable, positive, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The Manager helps run daily operations, supports crew members, and ensures guests have an outstanding experience every time they visit. In this role, you will: Oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager Lead and motivate team members to deliver great service and high-quality food Train employees and ensure all line positions are running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and safe work environment Handle guest questions or concerns professionally Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising efforts Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times Job Requirements:Must be able to obtain and pass ServSafe certification (paid by restaurant) Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable using a POS/computer system Ability to train, coach, and support team members Able to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset Prior food service or leadership experience is preferred Benefits:Flexible schedule Employee meal (with 4+ hour shift) Friendly, team-focused work environment Company InformationFirehouse Subs was founded by firefighters and is known for its hearty food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere.
