As a CycleStar®, you’ll fuel riders with electrifying music, motivational coaching, and unparalleled support. Key Responsibilities Lead 2–5+ spin classes weekly, covering formats such as Classic, Connect, Foundation, Performance, Empower, and Xpress Curate high‑energy, 12-track playlists aligned with class intensity and rhythm Arrive 30 minutes early to set up equipment, greet & assist riders, and stay after class to connect & tidy studio Introduce and adjust bikes for new riders and monitor everyone’s safety throughout the session Submit 2–3 weekly social media posts and engage in local community forums to promote your classes Participate in periodic in-studio audits, trainings, and ride with fellow instructors Requirements & Qualifications Passionate about fitness, wellness, and music-driven group exercise Friendly, outgoing, charismatic personality with strong verbal communication skills Complete CycleStar® instructor bootcamp, training manual, and audition process Preferably 1-3 years of fitness experience. leadership applicants should have ≥ 2 years Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $45–$90 per class Ride benefits: free or deeply discounted classes for instructors Professional development: ongoing training, staff credits, and performance evaluations Why Join CycleBar Berkeley?
