This role ensures consistent workflow execution, strong turnaround performance, and high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The Division Lead reports to the Director of Bill Review and plays a key role in operational stability, team performance, and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily inventory and workflow management across our proprietary fee schedule system and StrataWareManage queues, priorities, deadlines, and issue escalationsLead and develop staff; support additional team contributorsMonitor productivity, identify gaps, and ensure benchmark performanceSupport accuracy, quality, and compliance across Fee Schedule activitiesContribute to reporting and provide insights on trends and risksRecommend workflow and process improvementsServe as a subject matter expert for internal teams and leadershipQualificationsExperience managing high‑volume operational workflows and turnaround expectationsStrong knowledge of NY medical fee schedules and bill review processesExperience with other Northeast WC fee schedules and Usual and Customary reviews is desirableProven leadership in a production‑driven environment with escalation managementAbility to track and improve productivity and performance metricsProficiency in Excel and comfort with operational reportingExperience with bill review or claims systems (StrataWare, or similar)Strong analytical and communication skills
