Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Maintain clear, concise, and thoughtful written and verbal communication across distributed teams. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development (backend, frontend, or full-stack). Proficiency in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. Experience working in remote, collaborative, and agile environments. Expertise in modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard for clarity and professionalism. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a distributed setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
