Job Description: Title: Sales Support Administrator I (Digital Services / Project Migration) Location: Charlotte, NC, 28217 (Onsite) Duration: ASAP - October (Contract) Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 Per hr on w2. Type: 50% Technical Sales Support | 50% Project ManagementPosition OverviewSeeking aSales Support Administrator to support digital service initiatives, focusing on customer platform migration and sales enablement. This role operates at the intersection of technical project delivery and customer engagement, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems to new cloud-based platforms while supporting business growth.The ideal candidate is a self-starter and go-getter with strong ownership mindset, capable of managing implementations, engaging customers, and collaborating cross-functionally.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Migration & Project Management (50%)Lead end-to-end customer migration projects from legacy systems to new cloud platforms Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategiesAct as the primary customer point of contact throughout migration lifecycle Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery Monitor migration progress, adoption, and customer satisfaction metricsIdentify risks and proactively resolve technical or operational challengesProvide weekly reporting, forecasts, and status updatesSales Support & Customer Enablement (50%)Support sales teams by communicating customer feedback, order status, and insightsAssist in positioning platform migration as business value to customersRespond to customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service deliveryCollaborate with inside/outside sales for quotations, order coordination, and follow-upsContribute to sales reporting and monthly performance trackingRequired Qualifications1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordinationExperience with software/platform implementation or customer migration projectsStrong technical aptitude (software platforms, data migration, integrations) Excellent communication and customer-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in cross-functional / matrix organizationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in digital transformation or cloud platform migrationsBackground in technical sales or solution-based sellingFamiliarity with automation, SaaS platforms, or connected infrastructureKey Traits for SuccessSelf-starter with strong ownership mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability Ability to balance technical delivery + customer engagementInterview ProcessResume screening required 1-hour in-person interview (Tuesday/Thursday preferred)
