HR Generalist
HR Generalist Location: Allen, Texas | Onsite Compensation & Schedule * Starting at $100,000+ (commensurate with experience) * Full-time, standard business hours * Direct hire (W2) Role Impact The HR Generalist drives talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliant HR operations to support a high-growth U.S. workforce. This role ensures the organization attracts top talent, maintains strong employee relations, and operates in full alignment with employment regulations. Success is defined by efficient recruiting outcomes, smooth HR processes, and a positive, performance-driven workplace culture. Key Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) across multiple departments * Partner with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and execute targeted recruiting strategies * Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) administration, and employee records management * Provide employee relations guidance, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure policy compliance * Support performance management, compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR reporting Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred * 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting * Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws with experience using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Core Tools & Systems * HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar) * Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Performance management and reporting tools Preferred Skills * HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) * Experience in high-growth, technology, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure environments * Experience supporting multi-state or global teams
