We are a whole distributor that offers the latest products in candy, tobacco, snacks, health and beauty aids, automotive, cleaning supplies, general merchandise and food service product lines. Job Description:The General Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company ensuring that all teams are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, operationally driven, and capable of improving processes and systems to help support company growth. Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including customer and vendor orders, in and outbound logistics, and administrative functions.Monitor sales and growth profitability Manage inventories for all products and research potential new product linesFacilitate timely and accurate deliveriesManage warehouse operations including picking, receiving, loading etc.Manage, coach and develop warehouse employees and delivery drivers Assist sales team as neededWhat we’re looking for:Strong computer skills in MS Office productsPrior financial reporting experienceAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendorsStrong communication, time management, and leadership skillsPrior logistic warehouse leadership experience Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure situations.What we have to offer:Competitive SalaryGreat work life balance opportunity – Business is open 7am-6pm Monday thru Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturday.
