For additional information, visit www.neptunetg.com.ERP Configuration Specialist IIPosition SummaryAs the ERP Configuration Specialist II, you will leverage your expertise in cross-functional business processes to configure, test, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in support of strategic objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer service to translate operational needs into scalable ERP solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless functionality through rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You will support the planning, designing, and deploying of ERP enhancements, while also contributing to training, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules to align with business processes and operational requirements.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend system solutions.• Perform system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure ERP functionality and performance.• Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption of ERP processes and best practices.• Partner with IT teams on integrations between ERP and other business systems.• Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.EducationBachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field of study, or equivalent experienceExperience2 + years of relevant experience with ERP system configuration, support, or business analysis (manufacturing industry experience preferred)Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environmentPragmatic problem solving and decision-making skills with excellent written and verbal communicationsRelentless passion and commitment to operational excellence – delivering in scope, on time, on the budget to the delight of our internal customerTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of ERP functionality across modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer ServiceHands-on experience with ERP configuration, testing, and issue resolutionAbility to analyze complex business processes and recommend ERP-driven improvementsTechnical & functional documentation of software componentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrationsExperience with web technologies, databases, and third-party integration toolsLocation: Tallassee, AL or Duluth, GAEqual Opportunity Employer EEO/AA M/F/Vet Disability#HP1Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
