Administrative Assistant Manufacturing - Fabrication | Utilimaster | Bristol, IN (Main)Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $22.00 - 22.00What you’ll do:SUMMARY:Administrative Assistant Manufacturing position is responsible for maintaining production and personnel-related, computer based and hard copy records. Prepare and distribute standard reports in a timely manner, and track and maintain production performance in Daily Operating report and Track my Truck systemJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather and track information from Engineering, Scheduling and Bill of Material to complete build packets Track and maintain the Progress of Production for Track my Truck for internal and external customers Track and maintain the Progress of Production for Daily Operating Report for internal and external customers Copy build packets for group leaders Collect information from various departments and enter it into production reports Update and maintain Roster accuracy daily Maintain quality assurance reports by logging defective material tags and updating water test reports Check and approve sales change orders Maintain build order files and engineering change notice file Update daily and monthly production performance, vehicle tracking and shortage reports Prepare reports, charts and presentations as requestedWhat you need to be successful:QUALIFICATIONS: Strong Microsoft Suite skills focused on Excel and word AS400 system knowledge strong plus Ability to multi-task with competing prioritiesWhy The Shyft Group?Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
