If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and have experience with freight coordination, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate outbound, inbound, and third-party shipments with accuracy and timelinessReview and prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and labelsSchedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companiesVerify shipment contents against purchase orders and invoicesMaintain detailed records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmationsCommunicate with internal teams to meet shipping requirementsResolve discrepancies and issues with carriers or shipmentsMonitor shipments and report shortages or overagesEnsure compliance with company policies and shipping regulationsAssist in developing and improving shipping proceduresSupport warehouse staff with labeling and shipment discrepanciesPerform data entry and maintain shipping logsGenerate shipping performance reportsCoordinate collect freight shipments with carriersMaintain a clean and organized traffic/shipping areaRequirementsMust Have:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in traffic, logistics, or freight transportation operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)Experience with shipping/logistics software, TMS, or ERP systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Experience working in warehouse or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with compliance and shipping regulationsProcess improvement or reporting experienceBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceStable full-time schedule with consistent hoursOpportunity to grow within logistics and operationsSupportive team environment
