We take pride in delivering safe, adaptable, and high-quality experiences for our clients and partners.What You'll DoThe Maintenance Manager provides overall leadership and direction for the Facilities Maintenance team across the Summit Point campus. This role is responsible for ensuring that buildings, infrastructure, grounds, equipment, and critical systems remain safe, compliant, and operationally ready. Reporting to the Director of Facility Management, the Maintenance Manager oversees workforce planning, work order prioritization, preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, capital improvement projects, and regulatory compliance efforts while serving as the day-to-day operational leader of the maintenance function. Regular physical activity includes walking long distances across uneven terrain, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment or materials.
