Key ResponsibilitiesTrack long-lead materials and review short-term schedulesEnsure accurate daily reports and field documentationEnforce quantity reporting and pre-punch completionSupport field teams with technology adoptionPerform jobsite quality inspectionsEnsure pre-install and quality checklists are completedSupport pre-install meetings and implement lessons learnedConduct jobsite safety audits and assist with incident investigationsEnsure site-specific safety orientations and permits are in placeReview safety plans, fall protection, and required permitsSupport safety training and participate in the Safety CommitteeAssist with onboarding new field staff (physicals, drug testing, certifications)Help manage fleet, tools, and trailer maintenanceSupport recruiting and outreach efforts as neededQualificationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organization, communication, and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environmentSelf-motivated professional able to work independentlyConstruction or project management software experience preferred
