This role directly supports CPI's service delivery by ensuring technicians are efficiently routed, service level commitments are met, and preventive maintenance and inspection work is executed accurately and on time. Dispatch Coordinators operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are expected to take ownership of routing outcomes, apply scheduling rules consistently, and make sound operational decisions within defined guidelines. Training is provided on CPI systems, tools, and service models. This position is REMOTE but must be in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE. The hours for this position is Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
