Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative Join a family-owned, world-class agricultural equipment manufacturer, building high-quality implements since 1948. As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in customer engagement, order accuracy, and sales operations—ensuring dealers and customers receive timely, reliable support.Inside Sales responsibilitiesProvide daily telephone support for incoming sales inquiries and product support calls.Deliver prompt, concise follow-up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and product availability.Perform order entry, data input, and maintain accuracy within the customer database.Support administrative and documentation functions for the sales office.Prepare shipments, manage document filing, and coordinate goods to ensure accurate delivery.Generate reports supporting sales and marketing initiatives.Provide project support as directed by sales and senior management.Continuously review and update knowledge of existing and new product offerings.Assist at trade shows, dealer trainings, and corporate events as needed.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership and Territory Managers on product availability and logistics.Inside Sales qualificationsPreferred: Associate’s degree in Agriculture-Business, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.Experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support functions.Familiarity working with external customers, dealers, or vendors.Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Hands-on familiarity with farming operations or agricultural equipment is a plus.Why join UnverferthFamily-owned, world-class agricultural equipment manufacturer since 1948Broad portfolio of innovative agricultural implementsState-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and equipmentCommitment to quality, safety, and a healthy workforceOpportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success
