This role oversees and optimizes foreclosure workflows, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This position collaborates with internal teams, coordinates with legal partners and actively contributes to process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing a more advanced and complex portfolio of loans in various stages of the foreclosure process, while ensuring all foreclosure processes are in compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.The Lead Foreclosure Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, handling escalated cases and providing training and guidance to junior team members.
