You will monitor the entire life cycle of account information including account opening, account information maintenance, and account closing for a large region. You are energized by collaboration and will have the opportunity to working directly with various internal subject matter experts to solve complex client service issues. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.What You’ll DoManage all Wealth Advisors Operations trust account processing within an assigned region including account openings, account acceptance, settlements, disbursements, safekeeping, and account closingsCommunicate and implement statewide Wealth Advisors Operations’ policies and initiatives within an assigned region. Communicate regional concerns, problems, and requests to statewide Wealth Advisors Operations managementCollaborate with management to create, implement, and modify procedures to efficiently and accurately maintain Wealth Advisors Operations within an assigned region in alignment with Frost standards and governmental laws and regulationsResearch and resolve exception reports to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Wealth Advisors Operations system. Escalate exceptions to management as necessaryIdentify and alert management to opportunities to improve controls to protect customer and bank assets, ensure confidentiality of customer and bank information, and ensure compliance with Frost standards and governmental laws and policiesEnsure that internal controls are in place and functioning properlyExercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and terminationsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, in a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in financial operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred SkillsDemonstrated understanding of project managementDemonstrated experience leading a teamDemonstrated experience with Global Wealth Enterprise SolutionDemonstrated experience with SharePointOur BenefitsAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
