As part of this growth journey, we're seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and business strategy, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable growth.A Day in the Life:Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, this role will own marketing channel analytics, customer analytics, and performance reporting, while partnering closely with our media agency to support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing.The ideal candidate combines hands-on analytical rigor with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where marketing accountability and ROI are paramount.What You’ll Do:Marketing Channel Analytics & Performance ManagementOwn end-to-end analysis of marketing performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV, Marketplaces, CRM)Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs including prospects, conversion, CAC, ROI, and contribution to salesIn partnership with our media agency, deliver weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance insights with recommendations for optimizationIdentify opportunities to improve channel mix, targeting, and budget allocationPartner with media agency to evaluate geographic performance and scaling opportunitiesCustomer & Lifecycle AnalyticsAnalyze customer behavior across the funnel from acquisition through repeat purchaseIn partnership with the Director, CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, develop segmentation frameworks (e.g., first-time buyers, financing segments) for activation across email and paid media channelsIdentify drivers of prospect growth and conversionProvide some support for personalization and CRM strategies with data-driven insightsPartner with data teams to enhance customer data models and audience strategiesMeasurement, Attribution & Agency Partnership (MMM / MTA)Serve as internal lead supporting MMM and MTA with agency partnersTranslate business questions into analytical frameworksInterpret outputs to inform budget allocation and channel contributionSupport incrementality testing and experiment designEnsure insights are operationalized into marketing decisionsReporting, Insights & Executive StorytellingTranslate data into clear business narratives and recommendationsDevelop executive-ready reporting on performance vs targetsHighlight key drivers of growth and optimization opportunitiesSupport budget planning and forecasting with data insightsData Infrastructure & ToolsPartner with Hertz Data and MarTech teams to ensure reliable data pipelinesStandardize KPIs and measurement frameworksDrive adoption of analytics tools and reporting automationWhat Success Looks Like:Clear visibility into marketing performance and ROIImproved budget allocation and media efficiencyInsights that improve prospect volume and conversionIntegration of MMM, MTA, and testing into decisionsAnalytics as a strategic partner to Growth MarketingWhat We’re Looking For:Experience2-4+ years in marketing or growth analyticsExperience with paid media and digital marketing analyticsExperience with MMM, MTA, or incrementality testingExperience working with media or analytics agenciesExperience in eCommerce, automotive, or consumer businesses preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced SQL and ExcelExperience with Tableau, Looker, or similar toolsFamiliarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta)Understanding of attribution, experimentation, and forecastingCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to connect data to business outcomesStrong communication and stakeholder influenceDetail-oriented with a bias for actionCollaborative cross-functional mindset
