Analyze user needs and communicate same to team to develop appropriate software solutions. Coordinate the team's development of test strategies, devices, and systems to optimize operational efficiency. May perform data migration and data synchronization implementation functions. Technologies may vary depending on project needs. May train new or junior team members such as programmers and developers (approximately 3-10 depending on project); provide end-to-end project support to customer and technical teams; write white papers or other reports; and help define project strategies and standards.Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related, and 12 months of experience in the job offered or as a/an software designer, developer, tester, or analyst. In the alternative, we willaccept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the above- stated occupations. Position is based out of 379 Thornall St., Floor 12, Edison, NJ 08837, and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Rate of Pay: $189,592.00/year.
