Headlines:Inventory Control Manager (US & Global Operations)Location: Maryland with some overseas travel We're partnering with a global clean teach/infrastructure company to hire an Inventory Control Manager to own end‑to‑end inventory accuracy across U.S. and global operations. This role is the operational backbone connecting warehouses, 3PLs, manufacturing partners, finance, and fulfillment teams—ensuring our inventory is accurate, audit‑ready, and positioned to support revenue commitments.What You’ll OwnInventory integrity across all U.S. and overseas locations NetSuite inventory accuracy including serialized and non‑serialized items, bins, locations, and entity alignment.Physical counts: full inventories, cycle counts, and targeted audits.Inventory adjustments tied to year‑end close, audits, RMAs, and warehouse transitions.RMA processing including serial capture, disposition, and reconciliation.Returned equipment logistics with Field Services partners.Fulfillment readiness by ensuring inventory is received, serialized, and available for sales order execution.Inventory transfers across U.S. and India operations.Reporting & audit documentation including valuation files, serial logs, and reconciliation reports.Acting as the central liaison across Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales Ops, and 3PL partners.What You Bring5+ years in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operationsStrong NetSuite inventory management experienceExpertise with serialized inventory, RMAs, and auditsAdvanced Excel skills (large datasets, reconciliation, reporting)Experience working with 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and logistics partnersStrong cross‑functional communication and execution skillsHow Success Is MeasuredHigh inventory accuracy and audit readinessOn‑time completion of counts and adjustmentsReduced fulfillment delays caused by discrepanciesClean audit outcomes and controlled E&O exposureReliable inventory data for operations, finance, and sales
