Shift: Scheduled clinic hours + callStart Date: May 2026End Date: Ongoing Logistics Covered: Mileage (As per IRS), flight, hotel, rental car, and malpractice insuranceLocation: Lacombe, LADetails:Practice Setting: HospitalCoverage needed, 2 weeks per/month, for Inpatient Rehab facility. 8 hours of pt care during the day with call coverage overnight.Post acute care for patients recovering from strokes, cardiac events, accidents etc.Average Daily Census of Hospital is 24 pts.Other providers covering during the week, one provider rounding on weekends, call will rotate among providers.EMR: EPICRequirements:Board CertifiedLicensed in LA or IMLCBLS (AHA)
