Sr. Database Admin/Engineer with Security Clearance

Sr. Oracle Database Administrator with 10+ years Oracle database administration experience supporting large scale or enterprise level database services. Required Skills • 10 + years experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Oracle's database (10 - current). Extensive experience with database design and modeling; as well as, the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning. • Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery. • Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration. • BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent year's experience. • Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills. Qualifications • Practice/Technical Director provides technology and industry leadership on large and/or more complex IT engagements. • Technical Director leads enterprise wide solution engagements for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. • Develops an integrated and robust solution based on customer needs combining GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third party components. • Provides subject matter experience to assist customer through difficult business decisions. • Designs, configures and implements all aspects of the full stack architecture delivering innovative solutions by combining Oracle best practices, knowledge in IT product offerings, and business acumen. • Recommends enhancements to meet complex customer needs.
