Due to this companies continued expansion the need for a Clinical Director has arisen.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Oversee clinical operations for in-home ABA services across the state of IndianaEnsure staff training & certifications are up to dateProvide clinical support & handle escalated mattersConduct performance evaluationsTo be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board1+ years experience as a Clinical Director3+ years experience as a BCBA providing program development & supervising RBTsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a growing company, this opportunity allows for personal and professional progression.
