Every position within our organization plays a vital role in our mission to provide outstanding patient care, and we are devoted to supporting our team members in achieving their fullest potential through collaboration with diverse multidisciplinary teams.Your ResponsibilitiesAs an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, you will:Provide high-quality nursing care through meaningful interactions with patients.Support patients in reaching and maintaining their optimal physical, mental, and emotional health.Assess patient needs continuously and modify care plans as required.Offer daily clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs.Qualifications and LicensurePossess a nursing diploma (either an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).Hold a current license/registration in the relevant state; must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.Job-Specific RequirementsExecute and interpret departmental programs, objectives, policies, and procedures.Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.Apply reasoning skills and sound judgment in all circumstances.Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
