If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate equipment to produce finished goodsUse forklift equipment to manage raw materials and finished goods inside warehouseMaintains housekeeping standards for equipment & facilityMonitors and promotes safe work habits by self and all plant personnelPerform quality checks & basic preventative maintenance. Record in automated computer systemPerforms all duties as required by Eagle’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Works as part of a team, but individually manages one of three processesProvides assistance and coverage for other Team Members as needed. Troubleshoot and maintain equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiencyReads and interprets information in order to maintain equipment and processesJOB QUALIFICATIONS:3 years of previous manufacturing operational knowledgeExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with others in a positive and effective mannerAbility to organize, schedule, and perform multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to demonstrate and monitor safe work practicesAbility to demonstrate and support plant SOPs, company guidelines, and standards (quality, maintenance, and housekeeping)Experience using a computerAbility to lift 50 poundsPrior fork truck experienceHands-on mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting/maintenance experiencePrevious experience and working knowledge of plant systems (SAP, RSView, eQual/Infinity QS) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to identify a problem situation and use analytical skills to find root cause(s)Lean manufacturing skillsWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
